Account Eligibility and Requirements

1.1 Age Requirement

The pp8 platform is available to users aged 21 and above only. If anyone under 21 is found to have accessed and played, pp8 will close that account and review any remaining funds. It is the player's own responsibility to provide their correct age.

1.2 Regional Restrictions

If the laws of your place of residence do not permit it, you may not use this platform. Players are personally responsible for complying with all applicable legal obligations.

1.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual player may only open one account on pp8. Opening additional accounts using the same personal details (name, bank account, IP address) is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, bonus funds will be forfeited.

1.4 Accurate Information at Registration

When registering, you must provide your correct and complete name, contact details, and payment information. pp8 is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information.

Account Security and Responsibilities

2.1 Account Password

Players must keep their account login details (username and password) secure. Sharing this information with anyone is strictly prohibited. If a third party accesses and plays on your account by any means, their activity will be treated as your own.

2.2 Account Security Breach

If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact the pp8 customer support team immediately. pp8 can suspend your account right away. pp8 will not be responsible for any losses resulting from a failure to notify us promptly.

2.3 Account Suspension

A player may contact customer service to close their account at any time. pp8 also has the right to close an account if a violation can be proven.

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposits

You can deposit at pp8 via KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. Funds are credited to the platform instantly upon deposit. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Players must provide accurate bank or mobile payment details. pp8 is not responsible for any loss caused by incorrect account information.

3.3 Financial Verification

To prevent money laundering and fraudulent use of funds, pp8 may verify a player's personal information or payment details when necessary. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while a verification is in progress.

3.4 Payment Fraud

Exploiting payment systems through skilled strategies, attempting to withdraw immediately after receiving a deposit bonus, and any form of chargeback are strictly prohibited.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

pp8 offers a 150% welcome bonus for players making their first deposit. The maximum bonus amount is 100,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Winnings from the welcome bonus can only be withdrawn after wagering 10 times the bonus amount. This wagering requirement is tracked and verified from the date the bonus is received.

4.3 Bonus Usage

• Bonus funds are not the player's personal funds and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If pp8 can prove a player has committed a violation, bonus funds may be forfeited.
• The welcome bonus is available once per player.
• Please be aware that bonus terms on the platform are subject to change.

4.4 VIP Program Cashback

pp8's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Bronze members can earn up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.8%, Gold up to 1.1%, and Platinum up to 1.5%. VIP tier progression depends on the player's activity and consistency on the platform.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

All games on pp8 are secured with SSL encryption and operate under a fair play policy. pp8 always prioritises the protection of players' funds and personal information.

5.2 Prohibited Actions

Players must not engage in the following —

• Using any software, bot, or automation tool that interferes with gameplay
• Attempting to deceive or defraud other players or pp8 staff
• Depositing solely to claim a bonus and then attempting to withdraw immediately (bonus abuse)
• Using the platform to launder gambling funds
• Attempting to access from restricted regions using a VPN or proxy tool

5.3 Consequences of Violations

If pp8 detects any of the above violations, it reserves the right to immediately close the player's account. Bonus funds will no longer be withdrawable, and legal action may be taken.

• Game outcomes are determined by the game system and cannot be altered by pp8.
• Account issues caused by technical errors will be resolved by pp8 as quickly as possible.
