BETTING MARKETS

Many betting markets — understanding how they work

In football betting, you can predict the outcome of a match using different market types. The most common markets are —

1X2 (Match Result) — predict Team A wins (1), draw (X), or Team B wins (2)
Asian Handicap — a system where the weaker team is given a head start to level the playing field
Over / Under — predict how many total goals will be scored in a match
Both Teams to Score — will both teams score or not?
Half Time / Full Time — predict both the half-time result and the final result
Correct Score — predict the exact scoreline

Odds are, simply put, the payout rate on a bet. Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning but a bigger payout; lower odds mean a higher chance but a smaller payout.

FAQ

What You Should Know About Football

To start football betting at pp8, you need to deposit at least 10,000 Ks via KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay. Once deposited, you can browse football fixtures and place bets straight away.

Yes, pp8 covers Myanmar National League (MNL) fixtures with a wide range of available markets. Following the MNL schedule, it offers a familiar and easy-to-follow betting experience for local players.

Asian Handicap is one of the most popular markets in football betting. The stronger team starts with a goal deficit, giving the weaker team a head start. For example, if Team A is set at (-1), Team A must win by 2 or more goals for a bet on them to win. There are no draws in this market — the result is always a win or a loss.

Withdrawal requests at pp8 are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks, and you can withdraw via KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay. For withdrawals from a Welcome Bonus, the wagering requirement must be met first.

If a match is officially cancelled, pp8 will refund the stake for any bets placed on that match. If a match is suspended, it will be handled according to pp8's football rules. You can contact Customer Support via Live Chat for any queries.

In the Over/Under market, you predict whether the total goals in a match will be more (Over) or fewer (Under) than a set line. For example, with Over/Under 2.5 goals — if 3 or more goals are scored, Over wins; if 2 or fewer goals are scored, Under wins. The 0.5-goal split means a draw is impossible, making it straightforward to follow.
